By accessing or using Candor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and organisations that access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Candor is a pulse survey platform that enables organisations to collect anonymous employee feedback and generate AI-powered insights. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to collect unlawful data, harass individuals, circumvent anonymisation protections, or violate any applicable law or regulation. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
5. Data and Privacy
Survey responses are anonymised at the point of collection. We do not share identifiable respondent data with any third party. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by Candor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
